In the past, I struggled with a number of health challenges – depression, deep burnout, weight gain, binge eating, debilitating anxiety and fatigue, painful bloating, frequently sick, mood swings, cravings, total loss of appetite, and a poor body image.
For many years my baseline was discomfort.
While studying nutrition, I was finally able to see how all my symptoms were connected. These health struggles are now managed – or gone entirely.
Now I do this work to help others get out of their burnout, gut issues, and anxiety and into balance (without the time, frustration, and missteps it took me)!
My approach to coaching is holistic, meaning we go beyond just food.
