Hey there, I’m so pleased you’ve decided to stop by.

My interest in nutrition began during my first anatomy and physiology class while studying to become a nurse. I was (and am still) completely captivated by all the incredible ways our body functions. This sparked my curiosity about how food influences the body. I wanted to understand what dietary changes I could make to improve my health and how those changes would manifest biologically. Throughout the course of my health journey, I realized my true passion lies in the field of nutrition.

I’ve faced a number of health challenges – overweight, depression, binge eating, consistent fatigue, bloating, skin issues, irritability, brain fog, weak immunity, inconsistent hunger, intense cravings, and struggle with a negative body image. For years, I was stuck in discomfort. Overtime, through my knowledge of nutrition and slowly building new habits, things began to shift. These health struggles are now managed—or gone entirely. I continue to learn and tune in to what my body needs on my journey. Now, it’s my mission to help others do the same.

In my approach to nutrition consulting, I take a holistic approach that goes beyond just food. I consider one’s lifestyle, environment, and mental and emotional well-being. Because every body is unique I believe there is no one size fits all solution. By taking a comprehensive, whole-person approach I’m able to create personalized protocols tailored to clients’ specific health goals, dietary preferences, and lifestyles. I help clients navigate a range of health concerns like weight management, burnout, general improvement of overall health, and more.

My goal is to leave you feeling empowered and self-assured, full of energy, and confident because of the changes you have made.
