I’m here to help you break free from the confusion and pressure around food choices. I’ll walk with you as you rebuild trust with your body, stabilize your energy, and get back to balance. You’ll gain the tools, education and support to manage burn out symptoms, tune in to your body’s internal cues, and build sustainable habits that restore you without restrictions. The result? Comfort in your body again and improved overall well-being.

Nutrition Package
4-Week, Nutrition Coaching Package
Work with Katie to build new habits and a new lifestyle that you actually enjoy and can stick to. This 4-week coaching package is completely customized to you – your body, preferences, schedule, and goals. There is no contract, you can decide how many months of support suits you best. With this package, you’ll get:
- Initial assessment where we go through your health history and goals (1 hour video chat)
- Customized health plan including tailored nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, and supplementation (if appropriate)
- Health plan delivery (40 min. video chat)
- 1 follow-up session where we can monitor progress and proceed to those next steps (30 min. video chat)
- Weekly check-ins
- Access to me via text or email for questions Monday- Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm PST
Burnout to Balance
12-Week, High Accountability Nutrition Coaching Package
This coaching package is designed to help you create lasting change. This is for the person who’s had symptoms for some time. Together we work to dig to the root of your symptoms and pave the wellness path that is unique to you! Go from burnout to balance—restore your energy, gut health, and confidence. You’ll receive:
- Initial assessment where we go through your health history and goals (1 hour video chat)
- Customized health plan including tailored nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, and supplementation (if appropriate)
- Health plan delivery (40 min. video chat)
- 5 follow-up session where we can monitor progress and proceed to those next steps (30 min. video chat)
- 3 months worth of recipes delivered biweekly
- Access to me via text or email for questions Monday- Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm PST
