Along with coaching sessions, packages include your personalized nutrition protocol, reviewed food and mood journal, handouts, worksheets, and so much more. INCLUDED IN EACH PACKAGE
60-Minute Initial Consultation
We assess your health status, past medical history, current and past symptoms, foods you eat on a regular basis, and much more. I get to learn all about you and your unique health goals. Collaboratively, we begin creating your personalized health and wellness protocol and plan for the upcoming sessions.
45-Minute Follow Up Sessions
During our first 45-minute session you are presented with your personalized health and wellness program. You will receive nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, useful resources, and any other suggestions specific to reaching your goals. We will also discuss where the root causes of your health concerns may be coming from. The aim here is to provide you with the necessary tools to nourish your body both internally and externally. During our following sessions we will review goals from the last session, go over any challenges or successes since our last conversation, review nutrition topics, and set new goals for our next session. We will go over other handouts throughout.
Food and Mood Journal Review and Feedback
You will be given access to the food and mood at the beginning of our initial consultation. It is a several day daily log of your meals, mood, and a few other details. This will provide direct insight of your food choices and how you’re feeling so I can better understand where needs critiquing. We may focus on behaviors behind eating (mood, hunger and fullness levels, location of meals). This will be completed before our second session together.
Tools and Worksheets
After each session, you will receive a recap of the session, including notes from the session, links to products and helpful services and additional resources.
Unlimited Text/Email Support
I’ll offer constant and frequent support through text and email to guide you through any questions or concerns that come up.
