Initial Consultation (60 min)
We’ll start with an in-depth intake assessment session that will help me learn all about you, your dieting history, health history, current lifestyle habits and goals so I can build your customized nutrition plan.
Food and Mood Journal
The food and mood journal is a several day daily log of your meals, mood, and a few other details. I’ll have direct insight of your food choices and how you’re feeling so I can better understand where needs critiquing.
Nutrition Plan Delivery (45 min)
You will receive your nutrition and lifestyle protocols, useful resources, and any other suggestions specific to reaching your goals.
3x Follow-Up Session (45 min)
During our following sessions we will review goals from the last session, go over any challenges or successes since our last conversation, review nutrition topics, and set new goals for our next session. We will go over other handouts throughout.
