We’ll start with an in-depth intake assessment session that will help me learn all about you, your dieting history, health history, current lifestyle habits and goals so I can build your personalized nutrition plan.
Food and Mood Journal
The food and mood journal is a several day daily log of your meals, mood, and a few other details. I’ll have direct insight of your food choices and how you’re feeling so I can better understand where needs critiquing.
5x Follow-Up Sessions
Together we’ll celebrate your wins, tackle challenges, and keep you moving forward with confidence. We’ll review goals from the last session, dive deeper into nutrition topics, and set new goals for our next session. We will go over other handouts throughout.
